Harper’s Restaurant
A cozy atmosphere and a dedicated gluten-free menu make Harper’s a great spot to come with friends! You’ll find scratch-made soups, juicy meat, and delicious sides on their gluten-free menu.
Bonus: They have a sister location in Charlotte, so you have a restaurant you can eat at if you’re ever in the area.
Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen
Almost everything on Lucky 32’s menu can be made gluten-free, including their shrimp & grits and chicken sandwich. In particular, their fried catfish is made in a separate fryer so that there’s no risk of cross-contamination. Enjoy!
Pro-tip: Save room for Lucky 32’s gluten-free dessert: flourless chocolate cake.
Magnolia Blue
This is the perfect spot for a date night, with a homey yet modern atmosphere. The menu has its gluten-free options labeled–we’ve heard good things about the pot roast!

Feeling tacos or burgers? Crafted’s got you covered. Their tacos can be made with corn tortillas, and they have gluten-free buns for their burgers.

Natty Greene’s Brewing Company
This popular brewpub in downtown Greensboro has gluten-free chicken nuggets and chicken tenders that one guest called “a service to the gluten-free community”. What else needs to be said?

You have access to the majority of the menu at Emma Key’s thanks to their gluten-free bread. Enjoy some classic – or truly unique – sandwiches or burgers like the Lone Star Burger or the Big Kahuna Burger.

Melt Kitchen & Bar
