Disclaimer: As of the writing of this guide, Ghassan does not offer gluten-free pita as they are looking for a new supplier. We’ll keep you updated once this changes!

American Restaurants

Village Tavern

Pull up a chair at Village Tavern if you’re looking for lots of gluten-free options! Choose from gluten-free pizza, burgers with gluten-free buns, gluten-free pasta, and more.

Pro-tip: Grab the gluten-free raspberry sorbet or crème brûlée for dessert.

Harper’s Restaurant

A cozy atmosphere and a dedicated gluten-free menu make Harper’s a great spot to come with friends! You’ll find scratch-made soups, juicy meat, and delicious sides on their gluten-free menu.

Bonus: They have a sister location in Charlotte, so you have a restaurant you can eat at if you’re ever in the area.

Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen

Almost everything on Lucky 32’s menu can be made gluten-free, including their shrimp & grits and chicken sandwich. In particular, their fried catfish is made in a separate fryer so that there’s no risk of cross-contamination. Enjoy!

Pro-tip: Save room for Lucky 32’s gluten-free dessert: flourless chocolate cake.

Magnolia Blue

This is the perfect spot for a date night, with a homey yet modern atmosphere. The menu has its gluten-free options labeled–we’ve heard good things about the pot roast!
