Scheduling Assistant at Carolina Basement Systems
Carolina Basement Systems is looking for a Scheduling Assistant to add to our growing team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Be the “glue” that keeps our logistical aspects of our installations running smoothly.
• Stay in close communication with our customers, including:
• Scheduling and confirming the date and time of their installation(s).
• Scheduling annual maintenance Service appointments.
• Informing them of any changes, updates, or punchwork.
• Following up post-installation to inquire about the level of service they received.
• Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our installations.
• Coordinate and balance the schedule of multiple parties, including those of the customer(s), Production Crews, Service Technicians, and Managers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, and/or office administration required.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry preferred.
• Exceptional telephone, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• An enjoyment for working with numbers with a high level of accuracy.
• The ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects at once.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and other computer applications.
• Strong ethics, high integrity, and the commitment to ALWAYS putting the customer first!

Education and Experience Requirements:
